Plum jam

The European plum, or plum, is native to the Caucasus but typical of Syria, from where it arrived in Europe brought by the Knights of Return from the Crusades.
Produced by a historic Bolognese company without the addition of pectin or acidifiers. 118g of fruit per 100g of product. It is excellent for tarts, but also as an accompaniment to meats.
