Wine of very fine elegance, suitable for all occasions, for aperitifs or to accompany fish dishes or light meats. Valdobbiadene is a wine that offers freshness, with floral aromas and flavour reminiscent of sugar bread and Williams pear with herb and almonds.

It has a beautiful straw yellow colour with light greenish reflections, demonstrating its great freshness. The perlage is persistent, elegant and regular and explodes in a thick and lively mousse. On the nose, its fragrance features reveal notes of freshly ripe golden apple and Williams pear, on a delicate and pleasant floral background.

On the palate, its freshness dominates, without ever prevailing, over the other taste sensations in a persistence and complexity absolutely worthy of note.
