Salametto originating from Parma, soft and sweet. Salami from the seasoning and grinders of Emilia, sweet and soft to medium grain. Its name derives from the Parma dialect "strolgare" which means to find. It was in fact a small salami used to understand the level of seasoning of the whole game. Its value is given by the lean trimmings of culatello and ham flake. Packaged in a very elegant bag of natural, uncoloured canvas, with a plaid that tells the origin and history of the company. Different weights available. It is stored in the fridge between +1 and +4°C with its bag even after opening.
