Porcini Mushroom Lasagna
A lasagna typical of Emilian winters made with fresh egg pasta, very rich in Porcini mushrooms, also suitable for vegetarians. Pasta made of Altamura wheat flour with 28.5% eggs. Handcrafted and filled by hand.
Cooking for about 20 minutes in a traditional oven.
