Tabacco & Rum Amatrice Pecorino

Pecorino made from local Amatrician milk refined with rum and wrapped in Kentucky tobacco leaves, a variety used for the well-known Toscano cigar. The drying of these leaves takes place through the smoke of special woods, which imparts a distinctive aroma. Strong and pronounced flavor, for true connoisseurs.

Aged a minimum of 6 months.
