The lentils of Castelluccio di Norcia are a culinary product with an ancient history, which have been cultivated since ancient times within the Sibillini Mountains National Park, between Marche and Umbria, at an altitude of about 1,500 meters above sea level.

Thanks to the rigid climate in which they are born, in addition to not being affected by the Tonchio, Castelluccio di Norcia lentils retain excellent nutritional properties and are rich in vitamins, fibers and minerals.
