Lambrusco di Sorbara CDO

Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC proposed by Maletti is a wine with a registered designation of origin, produced exclusively in the province of Modena. With a ruby red colour and a fresh and sweet flavour, Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Maletti is produced using 60% of the grapes of the Lambrusco di Sorbara grape variety, and 40% of the Lambrusco Salamino grapes, which compensate for the low acidity of the former.
Lambrusco di Sorbara is perfect to be paired with many delicious dishes, from boiled meats to lasagna, from cold cuts to cheeses and typical desserts of the city.
