Parmigiano Reggiano PDO 26 months

The Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 26 months format 350- 500 gr. is a long-aged hard cheese with only 30% water. It has 70% of nutrients, which is why it has earned the primacy among foods suitable for a healthy diet. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins. In its composition there are also enzymes that make casein digestible. This characteristic combined with the absence of lactose makes it one of the cheeses suitable also for those who have intolerances to cow's milk. Our Parmesan cheese comes from local artisan dairies and is characterized by its sweetness. Particularly elegant in the version in the ecru canvas bag customized with writing and with brown ribbon.
