Tigelle emiliane

Tradizional bread disks of Emilia already known in the Renaissance. Tigella is today an ideal food for aperitifs and snacks to be stuffed with cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables until it becomes a complete meal. Decorated as tradition dictates with the six-pointed rose symbol of good omen and prosperity.

Heat in the oven, toaster or non-stick pan for 4/5 minutes.
