The Ruota of Monte Grappa is a venetian cheese produced since 1882. Produced with only italian milk from farms in Monte Grappa and Pedemontana (Italy). The taste is full and marked, more intense when the seasoned is greater. Herbaceous notes of pasture are perceived on the palate.
Aged at least 90 days.
