AGED MINIMUM 12 MONTHS

Noble fruit of the Maletti pork butchering tradition obtained starting with selected Italian pork thighs. They are trimmed by choosing the noblest part, removing the flake so the slices remain sweeter and marbled.

It combines product preciousness and very high service: rindless, knife-cleaned.

Matured a minimum of 12 months.
