Our classic bacon filled with black summer truffle.
Produced with national meat and the classic curing to
which summer truffle is added. Dressed and sewn by
hand along the two edges, stuffed and pressed
between two wooden slats that give it its characteristic
appearance.
Aged at least 50 days.
