Whole turkey breast, seasoned with salt only, without glutamate, gluten or dairy products.
Open and stuffed and tied by hand with browned bacon and sunsweet plums.
Cooked and then roasted in an artisanal oven with a white wine base. It thus joins the range of gourmet roasts: Roast Turkey with Spinach, Great Stuffed Chicken, Porchetta Turkey, Guinea fowl stuffed with mushrooms and vegetables, Spring Roast.
