An authentic excellence of our sea, from tuna caught in FAO area 37 (longline fishing) in the months of May and June only, the tuna is selected and numbered and the fish is processed immediately and then canned in slices, or in glass fillets. However, it needs to be matured for at least six months for it to reach the wonderful flavor for which it is famous.
