Sicilian bluefin tuna ventresca

Bluefin tuna, also known as bluefin tuna, is one of the largest and most sought-after species because of its meat which is of higher quality than other species of tuna on the market. 

Ventresca: it is obtained from the muscle bundles of the abdominal cavity; it is an area rich in fat and is therefore one of the noblest parts. Very tender and tasty.
