Turkey curry

Freshly seared turkey chunks topped with an exquisite curry sauce, delicate dessert with a fresh note of fruit.
Cooked slowly in a vacuum, they retain the taste as if they had just been prepared, acquire a rare softness and last over time. They are heated either in a bain-marie for 10 minutes, in a closed package or in a pan over low heat, to be accompanied by basmati rice. Minimum pack two people.
