Produced in Trentino with pork carefully selected from German slaughterhouses. Hand seasoned with typical Trentino spices: pepper, coriander, bay leaf, garlic and juniper. Natural smoked with beech wood. Sweet to the palate, never harsh.

Aged at least 6 months.
