One of the most historic and well-known salamis in Italy. The Hunter owes its name to an old tradition: given the small size, it was once the snack of the hunters, who together with a piece of bread carried it in their saddlebags. The Hunter is made with only certified national meat, and is gluten-free and free from milk derivatives. We produce it as before, stuffed in natural casings and tied by hand, two benefits that take quality to the next level.
