Made in Val Camonica in a dairy that has a local milk supply chain, enhancing it qualitatively. It is a unique mountain product: a cheese made from raw, whole Italian cow's milk with a soft heart. With an edible, flowery and washed rind, which gives a sweet but intense scent of milk. The paste is soft and tends to creamen as the seasoning progresses.
