Raw ham obtained from 100% native Iberian breed pigs, its ability to store fat between the muscles makes it of high gastronomic value.

Feeding "bellota" based on acorns and grass in the wild with a maximum concentration of two pigs per hectare.

Very long maturation and cellar aging allow for a complex and particularly tasty bouquet.

Aged a minimum of 48 months.
