A high percentage of filling (45%): Mortadella PGI, Ham, Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months, fine nutmeg.
Respect for tradition: only mortadella, prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano and cooked meat. Clean label. Safe pasteurization. Smaller than Modena, on the palate it has a perfect texture that is not soggy, the taste is that of Bolognese families.
