Goat stracchinato

French inspired

Goat 's Stracchinato is made from thermized raw milk. With a sweet taste of warm milk with vegetal notes, little hint of goat, and a consistency similar to that of a seasoned stracchino. Aged 1-2 months. All French-inspired cheeses are excellent pure or consumable French-style, on toasted bread croutons, with the addition of honey and dried fruit.
