Speck Fillet
Absolutely original Trentino delicacy smoked naturally.
The finest part of the pork: the fillet; it is worked with
the same technique as the speck. The process begins by
massaging the raw meat with a mix of salt, pepper and
spices, and finally it is slightly smoked naturally with beech wood, to give the taste and the characteristic
smell.
To be eaten raw, in slices.
