Veal Magatello (national or Dutch origin), handmade, cleaned and vacuum-cooked at low temperature with vegetables and herbs. Thanks to this cooking, it is preserved without pasteurization or preservatives and remains very tasty and soft. 

Thinly sliced is the base of the famous dish of French origin "vitello tonnato". The vegetable stock contained in the bag can be used to compose the sauce of the same name as tradition dictates.
