Smoked bacon
The smoked bacon is an artisanal product. Made with italian meat seasoned with salt and typical Trentino spices. Naturally smoked with beech wood. It's characterized by the presenze of the grain that makes it hogher than our classic bacon.
Aged at least 90 days.
