Vegetable lasagna

Produced from a fresh egg pasta made with only semolina and eggs. Filling with béchamel sauce produced by hand with Italian milk and vegetables: zucchini, carrots, peas and potatoes.
Lasagna noodles: Altamura wheat flour with 28.5% eggs. Handmade and hand-filled.

Cooking for about 20 minutes in a traditional oven.
