Vegetable lasagna
Composed of less than layers of fresh green egg pasta, enriched with spinach in the dough, interspersed with creamy béchamel sauce with onion, peppers, eggplant, zucchini and peas. The vegetables are cooked separately to preserve the taste of each of them and not contaminate their flavors.
A lighter proposal than the classic version, but at the same time balanced and rich in flavor.
