Roast Turkey with Pork
Marche delicacy produced entirely by hand from Italian
turkeys. Classic curing with wild fennel, rosemary, salt,
pepper and garlic. Sewn and tied by hand.
Steamed slowly for about 10 hours.
Low in fat. However, the taste is similar to that of the
exquisite porchetta.
On the palate it is distinguished by its particular
meltiness.
