Corallina Salame

Salami from the Lazio Easter tradition, sweet, with a flower-shaped slice.
Original in taste and appearance: sweet and tantalizing, with a long, thin regular shape. Very fine grinding with large lardons scattered in a very fine grain. Curing based on ground and whole black pepper, very little garlic and Sicilian white wine.

Available in 30 cm, 60 cm (also hand tied) and 120 cm (also with wooden cutting board).
