Sicilian bluefin tuna tarantello

Bluefin tuna, also known as bluefin tuna, is one of the largest and most sought-after species because of its meat which is of higher quality than other species of tuna on the market. 

Tarantello: it is located halfway between the dorsal part and the belly. Rare and valuable, it is the best part of the delicious belly. Being a very small part, the tarantello can only be obtained from large tuna according to artisanal processing techniques.
