Pecorino di Amatrice aged in tuffaceous caves of Etruscan Roman origin for 6/7 months and then aged with black pepper. Surface treated with 4 blends of peppers and grains on the top of the wheel. A balance is created between the cheese paste and the pepper that invites you to eat it at the table at any time. The flavor is intense and the taste appetizing; it is ideal for the spaghetti that bears its name, now widely spread throughout Lazio, but also in Umbria and Abruzzo.
