Semi-cooked cheese with a basket-shaped and striped shape thanks to the use of handmade rush molds, typical of Sardinia. Thanks to the presence of sheep and goat's milk, it is lighter and more balanced than the pecorino cheese of the region. The paste is pale yellow, compact and slightly eyed; The taste is pleasant with a slightly spicy note.
