Weisswurst white sausages are typical of the Bavarian tradition, with a soft texture. Produced with german pork, dotted with a chopped herb: lemon zest, white pepper, parsley, onion, mace, ginger and cardamom.
Characterized by the absence of skin and the light color due to the lack of smoking. Delicious when paired with our sweet and sour sauces.
