Handmade Würstel with an authentic Trentino flavor, produced according to the original recipe. German meat minced coarsely and stuffed by hand into mutton casings. Smoked naturally with beech wood.
The Meraner is the most original, produced with mixed pork and beef, 30 cm long and of reduced diameter. It is the most flavorful due to the addition of spicy minced meat.
It is advisable to cook by immersing them in boiling water with the burner off.
